| 摘 要： | 从理论上探讨了MDI型水性固化剂生产的可行性,提出了MDI型水性固化剂的设计思路,针对MDI型水性固化剂应用的困难提出了解决办法。旨在提出MDI型水性固化剂合成新思路,降低水性固化剂成本,促进双组分水性聚氨酯涂料应用。MDI型水性固化剂成功开发与应用,将与脂肪族水性固化剂相互补充和促进,并开创双组分水性聚氨酯涂料局面。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the feasibility of producing MDI-type water-borne curing agent theoretically; puts forward its design idea and the solution to the difficulties in use. This paper aims at new ideas about preparing MDI-type water-borne curing agent,bringing down the cost of the curing agent and promoting the use of two-package water-borne polyurethane coatings. The successful development and use of the MDI-type water-borne curing agent will initiate a new situation of two-package water-borne polyurethane coatings; the MDI-type water-borne curing agent and the aliphatic water-borne curing agent will be mutual complementation. |
