| 摘 要： | 通过对现代工程项目管理机制进行系统分析,发现工程项目管理系统是一个典型的博弈系统。在此基础上,讨论了业主与承包商、总承包商与分包商在费用与时间、费用支付进度和JIT采购过程中的博弈及其均衡问题。

| Abstract: | The project management system was ruled by game theory basing on the systematic analysis of the mechanism of project management.The game and equilibrium between owner and contractor and the game and equilibrium between general contractor and sub-contractor were discussed focusing on payment,time and JIT purchase. |
