摘    要:将一种无损吸收方法引入到常规的功率因数校正电路当中,通过采用无损吸收技术,降低了开关管的开关应力,减少其电磁干扰,改善了开关管的工作状况.详细分析了无损吸收的工作过程,并以UC3854BN为核心设计控制电路,采用双闭环控制和平均电流控制的方法,制作了3kW样机,获得了令人满意的结果.

Abstract:A lossless snubber circuit is introduced to the conven- tional power factor correction (PFC) circuit.The lossless snub- ber is employed to decrease the switching stress and EMI,so the switch condition is improved.The operational principle is analyzed in detail,a 3kW single-phase PFC circuit based on UC3854BN was designed,the dual-loop control system and av- erage-current control were adopted,and the good performance was verified experimentally.
