| 摘 要： | 介绍了水泥行业自动化发展的历程，并对水泥回转窑生产线的工艺特点、技术要求进行了分析，给出了组网方案和自动化设计思路。详细介绍了西门子自动化监控软件WINCC，SIMATIC TI505系列可编程控制器在该生产线的应用。实际效果表明，该控制系统表现出高度的可靠性和稳定性，极大地改善了整个系统的操作和控制，满足了生产工艺的要求。

| Abstract: | The process of automation development in cement industry is introduced and the characteristic of the cement product line and the requirement of technology are analyzed.The plan of network and the thought of automatic design are presented.The application of Siemens automatic control system which composed of WINCC and SIMATIC TI505 in the cement field is introduced in detail.The practical results show that the system is reliable and steady,and its control meets the requirements of process. |
