基于CATIA的磨床工作台设计及运动仿真

摘    要:在CATIA平台上对STWC-5M型五轴联动数控工具磨床的三坐标工作台进行设计分析,建立模型进行虚拟装配,然后对装配模型进行运动仿真分析。为进一步建立整机仿真系统做好了准备,缩短了研发周期,降低了研发成本,提高了设计质量和可靠性。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the three-coordinate workbench of STWC-5M type five-axis CNC tool grinder based on CATIA platform,the models of all parts were set up and assembled,and then motion simulation analysis of assembly model was carried out.It has laid the foundation for building the whole machine model.This work could shorten the development cycle,reduce the development costs,improve the design quality and reliability.
