| 摘 要： | 珠宝首饰设计的法律保护问题日益引起珠宝界的关注。从知识产权保护的角度出发，探讨了珠宝首饰设计的权能性质以及适用法律保护的问题。认为将珠宝首饰设计作品的权能界定为著作权来进行保护是适当和可能的。

| Abstract: | The legal protection of jewelry design is becoming highly concerned by the jewelry circle. In this paper, the nature and functions of jewelry design are discussed from the intellectual property and the laws which can be used suitably in the legal protection of jewelry design. It is reasonable and possible to protect the works of jewelry design with copyright law. |
