摘    要:以骨架钌镍炭简称Raney-RuN iC,m(Ru)∶m(N i)∶m(C)=1∶1∶2]为催化剂,对硝基苯甲醚液相选择性加氢制备了对氨基苯甲醚。考察了催化剂的活性和寿命,反应温度和压力对反应的影响,及底物(对硝基苯甲醚)浓度随时间的变化。新制备的催化剂循环使用3次(6 h)后活性趋于稳定,活性稳定的催化剂的寿命长于63 h。适宜的反应温度:90~100℃,此时目标产物选择性大于99.4%;适宜的反应压力:1.1~1.5 MPa;底物浓度与反应时间存在近似的线性关系。

Abstract:Raney-RuNiC Raney-RuNiC,m(Ru)∶m(Ni)∶m(C)=1∶1∶2] was used as catalyst in liquid phase selective hydrogenation of p-nitroanisole to prepare p-aminoanisole.Activity and lifetime of the catalyst,effect of reaction temperature and pressure on the reaction and variation of concentration of the substrate(p-nitroanisole) with reaction time were investigated.The activity of freshly prepared catalyst was stable after being repeatedly used for 3 times(6 h),and in further runs its lifetime was longer than 63 h.The selectivity for desired product was higher than 99.4% as reaction temperature was below 100 ℃.The suitable range of reaction temperature was from 90 ℃ to 100 ℃.The suitable range of reaction pressure was from 1.1 MPa to 1.5 MPa.The concentration of substrate was nearly linear with the reaction time.
