机械密封在渣浆泵的应用研究

摘    要:机械密封摩擦副工作温度状况,不仅是影响机械密封使用寿命的关键因素,而且是选取合理机械密封型式的重要依据。在渣浆泵机械密封的改造过程中,影响机械密封摩擦副温度变化的主要因素及部分参数的计算方法,同时建立摩擦副温度场的数学模型,利用有限元法对动、静环摩擦副温度场的分布进行了模拟仿真,为渣浆泵的机械密封改造提供参考依据。结合对渣浆泵进行机械密封改造前后的实际使用情况,对改造效果进行了分析对比,结果表明对渣浆泵进行机械密封改造不仅可行,而且能够节能、减少污染。

Abstract:Friction temperature condition of mechanical seals is not only a key factor affecting life of mechanical seal, but also an important basis to select reasonable type of mechanical seals. In the paper major influencing factors and calculation method of some parameters affecting temperature of slurry pump's mechanical seals were presented, mathematical model of temperature field was established, distribution of temperature field in moving ring and static ring was simulated by finite element analysis, which provides a basis of mechanical seals transformation. On the basis of actual application of mechanical seals in slurry pump before and after their transformation, the effect of mechanical seals transformation was compared and analyzed. The results showed that transformation of mechanical seals for slurry pump is feasible, which has significant effect for reducing energy consumption and pollution.
