稻壳热解特性及其动力学研究

摘    要:研究不同粒径的稻壳以及其在不同的升温速率下的热解特性。从TG和DTG图上可看出,粒径为0.88~0.38mm的稻壳的失重率(约60%)最大,粒径在0.08mm以下的失重率最小(约55%);随着升温速率的增加,TG和DTG曲线向高温侧移动,热流率逐渐增大,最大失重速率对应的温度升高,而最大失重速率降低。采用FWO法和Popescu法计算了稻壳热解的动力学参数并确定最佳机理函数。

Abstract:Pyrolysis characteristics of different size of rice husk under different heating rates were studicd. Rice husk with particle size between 0. 88 and 0. 38 mm had maximum weight loss ratio (about 60%), while particle size below 0.08 mm minimum weight loss ratio(about 55%). With increase of heating rate,TG and DTG curve move to the high-temperature zone and heat flow rate as well as the temperature corresponding to the maximum rate of weight loss increased while the maximum rate of weight toss decreased. The methods of FWO and Popescu were used to calculate kinetics parameters of rice husk pyrolysis process and the optimal mechanism functions were determined.
