摘    要:构皮滩水利枢纽地处灰岩高窄峡谷河段,设计根据坝址区地形地质条件,将泄洪消能建筑物集中布置于河床,其安全性为工程界所注目。泄洪消能安全主要依赖于水垫塘的结构安全。设计上据常规水力学计算及多家科研单位的多个水工模型试验成果,并按工程界习用的多项安全指标进行综合分析判断,认为该枢纽采用集中泄洪消能方案及水垫塘结构是可行的和安全的。

Abstract:The dam site of the Goupitan Project is a deep and narrow canyon,with its rock stratum of limestone. The dam is a concrete arch dam,with its height of 231 m. The design flow discharge to be released downstream of the dam is 22 500 m3/s. The flood discharge facility is located at the central part of river bed,and the plunging pool is adopted as the energy dissipator. The in-depth hydraulic analysis and a number of model testings have been carried out to study the effect of plunging pool's energy dissipation. The results show that adopting the plunging pool as this project's energy dissipator is reasonable.
