| 摘 要： | 锚杆静压桩是将后种锚杆和静力压桩结合起来形成的一种施工工艺,利用桩与原有基础连结,达到提高地基承载力和控制建筑物沉降的目的.结合工程实例介绍了民用住宅在后增加电梯时,利用锚杆静压桩对地基进行加固处理的设计与施工方法.工程所进行的地基处理达到预期的效果,对同类工程的改造设计有一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | Anchor jacked pile is a construction technology which combines the anchor bolt and static pressure pile together.It uses the pile to link the existing foundation to improve the foundation bearing capacity and to control the building settlement.With an engineering example,this paper illustrates the design and method of foundation reinforcement by means of anchor jacked pile when the elevator is increased in the civil residence.The treatment achieves the desired effects and is of certain reference value to similar projects. |
