| 摘 要： | 工程合同是施工企业经营管理的重要手段,是工程价款结算的重要依据,因此,建筑施工企业加强工程合同管理就显得尤为重要.针对近年来在建筑施工合同管理中遇到的常见问题进行分析,提出了建筑施工企业加强合同管理、维护企业合法权益的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | Engineering contract is an important means for the management of construction enterprises and also an important basis for project cost basis, therefore, it is of great importance for construction enterprises to strengthen the management of engineering contract. Based on the analysis on problems in the management of building operation contract in recent years, this paper puts forward some measures and advices to strengthen the supervision of engineering contract and protect the legal interest of enterprises. |
