摘    要:通过应用于ECOTROL系列调节阀执行机构中的典型冲压件膜盖,分析和研究了在冲压生产过程中膜盖成形的工艺特点.根据膜盖在调节阀中的应用特点及外形结构特点,对其冲压工艺性进行了分析.以其中一种膜盖为例,对其结构工艺性进行分析,说明了该零件在冲压加工过程中的难易程度.通过分析膜盖的工艺特点,并经过一系列工艺计算过程,确定了毛坯的加工工艺过程,设计了3种方案进行比较,选出了最佳方案,编制了合理的冲压工艺,并选择了冲压设备.针对膜盖翻边设计,通过反复试模,对膜盖翻边的工艺过程有了更进一步的了解,很好地解决了小圆角的翻边问题.

Abstract:Taking the representative ECOTROL control valve as an example,the characteristics of spring cover during shading process are analyzed and studied in this paper.Firstly the pressing process of the cover is investigated according to its applications conditions and structure features.The results of one typical kind cover show the difficulty level of pressing process to shape pattern.Then based on the analysis of the cover’s process characteristics and series of process calculations,the best of three designed processes is demonstrated in our work.And a reasonable pressing process with punch machines is obtained.In this way,the production is conducted successfully and the qualities of the part become stable.The cover can be entirely produced in bulk.
