摘    要:中宁发电有限责任公司1号、2号机组多次发生在自动发电控制(Automatic Genera-tion Control,AGC)投入下,机组负荷突降时,炉侧未按机组协调控制系统的指令快速减少燃料量,与机侧动作不一致,最终导致机组超压的现象。针对此问题进行原因分析,结果表明:由于锅炉燃料信号在高限消失时,触发锅炉控制回路主调节器跟踪,抵消了机组负荷指令对锅炉主控的前馈作用。因此,提出了消除主调节器积分饱和及增加对主调节器跟踪限定条件的解决方案,解决方案实施后,协调控制系统运行恢复正常,确保了机组的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:In Unit 1 and Unit 2 of Zhongning Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,under the situation of Automatic Generation Control(AGC),when the units loads abruptly decrease,the boiler side without tracks the instruction signal of coordinated control system to reduce the fuel supply,and the action is inconsistent with steam turbine side,finally lead to the pressure of units over the limit.Aiming at the problems putting up the cause analysis,the result shows: because when the top limit signal of the boiler fuel disappearing,triggers the main adjuster track of the boiler control loop,cancels out the preceding feedback function of the units load instruction signal for the boiler main control.Thus puts forward the solutions: eliminates the integral saturation of main adjuster and increases the restriction condition for main adjuster track.After the solutions brings into effect,the coordinated control system operation gets right,and ensures safe and steady operation of the generating units.
