云南电力通信网软交换双归属方案研究

软交换技术是下一代网络（NGN）的核心技术,采用软交换技术组建的电力通信网是以IP为中心,同时支持语音、数据、多媒体业务的融合通信网络。＂双归属＂概念是伴随软交换网络的应用产生的,为软交换网络提供异地容灾备份的安全保护。文章从软交换网络双归属实现原理出发,分析和描述了双归属的关键要素和切换流程,并针对云南电力通信网现有的运行软交换设备及其双归属方案做了探讨。

Study on the Dual-home Technology of Soft Switch System in Yunnan Power Communication Network

Soft switch technology is the core technology of the next generation network（NGN）.The power communication network based on soft switch is an IP network combined with voice,data,and multimedia services.＂Dual-home＂ concept is accompanied by the application of soft switch network,which can provide remote disaster recovery backup for the network.This paper introduces the ＂dual-home＂ principle of soft switch network,and analyses the key elements and hand-over process,and discusses the soft switch equipment and ＂dual-home＂ solution of Yunnan power communication network.
