钢包底吹氩水模实验研究

摘    要:采用水力学模型实验方法研究了不同示踪剂加入位置、不同透气砖布置方式以及不同送气量对钢液混匀时间的影响.结果表明:示踪剂偏向中心位置加入,混匀时间较短;对于同样的底部送气量,两块透气砖对称分布在同一直径上时,混匀时间较短;混匀时间随气体流量的增大而减少.

Abstract:The experimental study on the influences of adding position of tracking agent, arrangement mode of gas supply bricks and different quantifies of gas supply on mixing time of molten steel was performed via water model. The results showed that the mixing time were shortened by adding tracking agent near the center, when two gas supply bricks symmetrically arranged in the same diameter under the same quantity of bottom gas supply, the mixing time was shortened. The mixing time was decreased with the increase in gas flow.
