无铅压电陶瓷的研究与进展

摘    要:无铅压电陶瓷是当前压电铁电领域的研究热点之一。结合近期国内外有关无铅压电陶瓷方面的论文和发明专利,综合分析了无铅压电陶瓷研究和开发的相关进展,着重给出了无铅压电陶瓷主要种类的相关体系及压电铁电性能。

Abstract:Lead - free piezoelectric ceramics have been attracting great attention worldwide from the viewpoint of environmental protection. In this paper, the lead - free piezoelectric ceramics so far are summarized and the recent progresses of these ceramics are generally reviewed. It is pointed out that BaTiO3 - based, Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 - based, Nb - system and Bi - layer structured lead - free piezoelectric ceramics are being widely studied internationally.
