| 摘 要： | 加强实验室建设和管理,是目前高职院校实验室建设的重要课题。应明确实验室建设和管理中存在的主要问题,注重实验室建设与管理策略,重视实验技术队伍的建设和管理,建设开放的实验教学环境,突出实践能力培养,改革人才培养模式,在培养高素质技能型创新型专门人才方面发挥应有作用。

| Abstract: | The construction and management of laboratories is a major topic in higher vocational institutes.It is necessary to clarify the main problems existed in the construction and management of laboratories,focus on the construction and management of the laboratories and experimental technicians,construct open experimental teaching environment,lay emphasis on students' practical skills training,reform the talents-cultivating mode and play its proper role in cultivating qualified skillful talents. |
