多通道舵机电动伺服加载器测控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前大多数负载模拟器采用电液加载方式所存在的一些问题,并结合实际产品指标需求,提出了一种采用PMAC多轴运动控制卡的电动伺服舵机加载模拟器,详细介绍了控制原理和策略,硬件上阐述了系统的架构和关键参数,软件上提出了采用PTX技术响应时间的措施,很好的满足了现代加载系统的频宽和高精度的性能要求。
