F-1600型泥浆泵阀座的接触分析

摘    要:现场调查F-1600型泥浆泵液力端使用情况,约有80%阀座未达到设计寿命而提前失效。应用有限元软件对阀座、液缸、阀体进行接触分析,探讨了该泵液力端阀座的损坏机理,考察阀座在工作中的应力分布和应变分布情况,找出其失效的原因。根据分析结果提出了提高阀座寿命的几点建议。

Abstract:According to the investigation about valve seat of fluid end of F-1300 mud pump in field usage,approximately 80% valve seats were destroyed ahead of its design life and needed to be replaced frequently.In order to discover this failure,a contact analysis has been developed to study the interactions between valve seat,valve body and hydraulic cylinder with the FEA software in the paper.At the same time the causation of destroyed valve seat and reviewed the distribution of the stress and the strain of the valve seat was discussed.Several advices about improving the life-span of valve seat are put forward.
