摘    要:在无光泽涂布纸涂料中用滑石粉代替部分高岭土和GCC,无光泽涂布纸的透气度、光泽度、油墨湿排斥、油墨干燥性下降,但是表面强度、印刷对比度和油墨耐摩擦性得到明显提高。粒度较小的滑石粉导致更佳的平滑度、光泽度、透气度、油墨干燥性以及耐摩擦性,但也导致更低的表面强度和印刷对比度。使用涂布滑石粉能较好地解决无光泽涂布纸生产过程中为降低光泽度而大量使用微细GCC却导致印刷对比度和油墨耐摩擦性过低的问题。

Abstract:Talc was used in coating color formulation for matte paper in order to partially replace clay and GCC.The results showed that talc can significantly improve paper surface strength,printing contrast and reduce ink scuffing properties,although air permeability,gloss,ink wet repellency and ink set-off are decreased.Smaller particle of the talc leads to higher smoothness,gloss,air permeability,ink set-off and scuffing properties,but reduces surface strength and printing contrast.Using talc in the coating formula can solve the problems of too low printing contrast and too high ink scuffing of matte paper which are caused by using vast amount of fine GCC in coating color with the intention of decreasing paper gloss.
