模糊控制在感应加热电源调功中的应用研究

摘    要:在比较各种感应加热电源功率调节方式的基础上,介绍了一种基于模糊控制的移相调功方式.研究了模糊控制技术在感应加热电源调功中的应用.与传统的控制策略相比,模糊控制具有不依赖控制对象精确的数学模型,较强的鲁棒性,控制方式简便等优点.采用高速IGBT开关器件设计了一台10 kW/30 kHz的感应加热电源样机.试验结果表明,该样机可获得良好的动态特性,具有稳态精度高,功率调节范围宽,工作稳定可靠的优点.

Abstract:Based on comparing with the existed different ways of power modulation for induction heating power,a new power modulation way based on fuzzy control is introduced.A 10 kW/30 kHz power supply prototype with a load resonant inverter consisted of fast responding IGBTs is designed.The experimental results demontrate the fuzzy control system mentioned above is provided with shorter adjusting time and smaller voltage overshoot in transient responding to power modulation,and wide range of power modulation.The resu...
