浆体管道的不淤流速研究

摘    要:属于均质与非均质混合流的工业浆体管道,其不淤流速由颗粒保持悬浮要求的紊动强度来决定。基于浆体物理特性及固体颗粒紊动悬浮理论,并应用大量管道试验的观测资料,可推得浆体和道临界不淤流速新公式,全面反映浆体的粘性,颗粒组成浓度以及管道内径等因素的影响,因而使不淤流速确定摆脱了对环管试验的依赖性及局限性,为大口径输煤管道输送流速确定,提供简便且可靠的依据。

Abstract:As the flow of industrial slurry in pipeline belong to the combining of heterogeneous and homogeneous flow, the nondeposit velocity of flow is determined by the intensity of turbulence, which support the suspension of solid particles. Based on the physical properties of slurry and theory of turbulence suspension of particles, and also by using a great amount of experimental materials, a new formula for calculating critical nondeposit velocity in pipeline transport of slurry is developed. It expresses the effects on the nondeposit velocity of the viscosity, solid concentration, particle composition of slurry and the diameter of pipe. Hence it can be used to determine the velocity of coal slurry in pipe with large diameter, which is difficult to carrying experiments by test loop in laboratory.
