含碳化硅纤维正交电路屏的吸波复合材料的研究

摘    要:研究了SiC纤维正交电路屏/环氧树脂复合材料和化学镀镍SiC纤维正交电路屏/环氧树脂复合材料的吸波性能.研究发现,纤维间距、镀镍纤维增重率对复合材料的吸波性能有显著影响.对于前者,纤维间距较宽时(如:8mm,6mm),材料的吸波效果很差,随着纤维间距进一步减小(6mm→4mm→2mm),材料的有效带宽和最大吸收峰值均明显增大;对于后者,随着纤维间距或增重率的增大,材料的总体吸波效果先增强后减弱.

Abstract:Radar absorption performances of orthogonal-arranged SiC_(f) circuit/epoxy composite and orthogonal-arranged electroless-nikel-plated SiC_(f) circuit/epoxy composite were studied. The results showed that radar absorption performances of the composites were deeply affected by the distance between SiC_(f) and the rate of mass growth of the nikel coating. As to the former, with the decrease of the distance between SiC_(f), radar absorption bandwidth and the maximum absorption peak exhibited an enhancement, as though radar absorption effect was weak when the distance was wide (such as 8mm, 6mm); as to the latter, with the increase of the distance or the rate of weight growth, radar absorption performance exhibited an increase and then followed by a decline.
