| Abstract: | A new finite element method for capacitance calculation of VLSI interconnections is investigated incorporating geometry independent measured equation of invariance. Further, a new approach that employs the wave front technique to expedite the solution of FE equations is proposed. Numerical results are in good agreement with those published data. |
