摘    要:In this paper were studied the microstructureand properties of the non-barrier coating compo-sites fabricated by a new technology.The bondingbetween C and A1 in the composites is quite well,and the composites have excellent properties.Theion probe and X-ray analyses indicate that there isAl_4C_3 phase in the composites and its amount inthe composites increases when the composites areexposed.In the case of exposure the strength of thecomposites is reduced because of increasing amountof Al_4C_3.
