角蛋白酶在牛皮脱毛工序中的应用研究

摘    要:Bacillus cereus SZ-4粗酶液在牛皮的脱毛试验结果表明:它能有效降解毛囊与毛干联接部位的组分,除去纤维间质和松散胶原纤维。因为能够取代硫化碱,Bacillus cereus SZ-4将成为开发无硫生物脱毛助剂生产技术有潜力的菌株。未经软化工序处理的样品加工成革后,其感官性能和物理性能与毁毛法处理的样品无显著差异,进一步优化了脱毛和浸灰工艺,有望省略软化工序。并且,样品处理废液中BOD5、COD、TOC等主要污染指数明显降低,实现了环保的目的。

Abstract:The crude enzymes preparation,originated from the Bacillus cereus SZ-4 was applied in depilating bovine hide in the present work.The results show that the connective components between the hair follicle and the hair shaft were hydrolyzed,and the interstitial fiber substance was removed as well as the collagen fiber of bovine hides was opened up during depilation process.Because of substituting sulfide in the depilation process,the Bacillus cereus SZ-4 would be a potential microbic strain for developing the ...
