摘    要:为减员增效与强化除灰系统的监督管理 ,依靠厂内自身力量 ,以较低的成本完成了 1、2号机灰处理 /电除尘监视与控制的全部上移至机组中控室的遥控装置 ,所使用的结构是通用 PC机 +通用局域网 +主流商品工控软件 ,具备良好的性能 ,易学易用的人机界面 ,易于维护 ,易于扩充 ,打破了过去自动化孤岛的现象 ,实现了在减员情况下的设备强化监视与控制 ,能方便地实现当前与历史进行追踪与比较 ,从而满足 ISO90 0 0关于趋势与倾向控制管理及过程可追朔性方面的要求。目前 ,正在编制使用这些实时数据的设备诊断程序 ,进一步拓展其应用。

Abstract:The retrofit of the existed separately controlled ash removal system and ESP system into a remote concentrated control mode operated in the centralized control room is described.The retrofited in stallation including common PCs,local area nets and commercial industrial control softwares has excellent performance with easily learnable and usable man computer interface and able to be easily main tained and expanded.The new installation nas higher monitoring performance with lesser crew and able to trace and compare the present and historic data.whieh satisfies the requirement of ISO 9000 concerning trend control management and process retrocativity.The diagnostic program of the equipment are now being carring out using the real time data for further performance expansion.
