| 摘 要： | 针对注水泵电机严重的振动情况，采用模糊诊断理论和结果对比的方法，最终确定了注水泵电机的故障，并通过2次检修，成功地修复了电机，为企业节约了大量资金，确保了生产的正常进行。文章所述故障特征、类型、诊断方法及修复工艺，对相关专业人员具有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | To counter serious vibration of electric motor driving water flooding pump, the fault of electric motor is determined,using fuzzy diagnosis theory and results contrast. The electric motor is repaired successfully after two repair processes. Much repair cost is cut down and normal function is ensured. The fault characteristic,fault model,diagnosis method and repair technology described in this paper are of reference value to related personnel. |
