焊机特性对电弧力的影响

摘    要:利用一种特制的变结构可控硅整流焊机,研究不同焊机外特性对电弧穿透力的影响;探讨了手工电弧焊强电弧力形成机理;并且同正确设计电源外特性,是获得较强电弧穿透力的途径。最终实现了在可控硅整流焊机上模拟出类似直流旋转焊机的电弧穿透力。

Abstract:In this paper, it has been studied by the slope - controlled SCR rectifier that external characteristic of welder relate to arc digging action and the strong arc force of arc welding power source in manual arc welding formed. Obtaining the way of power source of the strong arc force was clearly shown. The results from the experiments had exhibited that the arc digging action of SCR rectifier is the same as that of DC arc welding generator.
