| 摘 要： | 以某安全气囊盖为例,详细介绍采用模拟分析软件对注射模进行CAE分析的一般流程,包括最佳浇口、填充、冷却、翘曲等分析,并且分析如何利用CAE结果解决注射模设计及成型加工中出现的问题,分析结果为模具设计提供依据,从而缩短产品的开发周期,降低费用,提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | Take an automobile airbag cover as an example, a general process for the CAE analysis of moulds via simulation analysis software was discussed, including study on the optimal gate, filling, cooling and warping, etc. The application of CAE analysis results in solving the problems in design and manufacture of injection moulds was also researched. |
