摘    要:简述了在铅电解槽生产现场,试验降低铅电解阴极导电铜棒与极片接触点电压降(Vj)的情况,试验效果显示,Vj值由100mV以上降到了7.8mV;浅析了导致该电压降增高的原因;提出了降低Vj值的措施与途径。

Abstract:The paper describes the test to reduce the junction drop (Vj) between lead electrolytic cathode contact copper bar and polepiece and has got a good result Vj value reduced from aboce 100 mV to 7.8 mV,it also analyze the cause which resulted in the drop increase and also provides the measures to reduce Vj value.
