磷酸盐系低温无铅釉的研究

摘    要:采用熔融法制备了ZnO-B2O3-P2O5系无铅磷酸盐釉,研究了组成对釉玻璃结构、特征温度、热膨胀和化学稳定性的影响。结果表明:B2O3,和P2O5为玻璃网络形成体,ZnO含量较低时可以参与到网络结构中,提高其稳定性;釉的转变点Tg、熔制温度Tm、封接温度Ts、软化点Td都随P2O5/B2O3减小而增加;B2O3/ZnO是影响熔制温度的主要因素;ZnO含量密度和热膨胀系数影响较大。

Abstract:The glaze of ZnO-B2O3-P2O5 system was prepared by melting-quenching method. The effects of compositions on the structure, characteristic temperatures, thermal expansion and chemical stability of the glaze were investigated. Results show that both B2O3 and P2O5 are the former of glaze network, and ZnO can enter the glaze network when it is in relative low content so as to improve the glaze stability. All of the Tg, Tm, Ts and Td are increased with the decrease of P2O5/B2O3 ratio. B2O3/ZnO ratio is the dominating factor effecting Tm. ZnO has obvious influence on the density and thermal expansion of the glass.
