(Ni-P)-SiC复合电刷镀

摘    要:在机械零件的修理方面,目前电刷镀应用最多的是N i镀层和N i-W-Co镀层,但是这些镀层应用于拉深模具上效果还不理想。通过正交试验获得了一种(N i-P)-S iC电刷镀配方,其镀层经适当的热处理后,硬度、耐磨性、结合力均优于N i-W-Co镀层,经生产验证,该种镀层应用于拉深模具是可行的。

Abstract:In the aspect of the mechanical part reparing,two brush plating layers of Ni and Ni-W-Co are widely applied at present.But,they can't work very good if they are applied to the deep drawing die.By experiment optimizing,a composition for brush plating(Ni-P)-SiC is gained.After a appropriate heat treatment,the hardness,abrasion-resistance and adhesion of the coating are better than that of Ni-W-Co.By practical application,the layer was to proved to be usable of the deep drawing die.
