摘    要:通过对70kt/a环管聚丙烯装置高、低负荷生产时单位生产利润的对比,提出了装置高负荷平稳生产的改进措施。实行高负荷生产后,装置的生产负荷南设计的9.7t/h提高到13.0t/h;与2001年同期相比.产量增幅达31.67%,丙烯单耗降低0.12%,能耗降低6.3%,经济效益提高1400万元。实践表明,生产负荷的提高是增加装置经济效益的最佳手段。

Abstract:An improvement measure was presented for stabilizing production of a 70 kt/a polypropylene (PP) loop reactor unit at high load in accordance with a comparison in unit production profit when operating at low and high load. The production load of the unit was raised from its designed value of 9.7 t/h to 13.0 t/h after performing the measure. Compared with the same period in 2001, the output of the unit was increased by 31.67% and the consumption of propylene monomer and energy was decreased by 0.12% and 6.3%, respectively. The economic profit was raised by 14 millions RMB. The production practice verifies that increasing production load is the best means for improving economic profit of the PP unit.
