摘    要:以精C9馏分为原料,丙烯酸为接枝单体,选择偶氮二异丁腈和无水乙醇作为引发剂和溶剂,石油醚作为萃取剂,采用自由基溶液聚合法合成了C9-AA石油树脂。采用正交试验法考察了反应中原料配比、溶剂用量、引发剂用量、反应时间等对可聚组分转化率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。结果表明:引发剂用量为10%,溶剂用量为25%,在65°C下反应5.5 h,当n(C9馏分)∶n(丙烯酸)为1∶2时,可聚组分转化率可达96.74%。红外光谱分析证实了接枝产物的生成。

Abstract:C_9-AA petroleum resin was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization using purified C_9 fraction as raw material,acrylic acid as stem grafting monomer,azobislisobutyronitrile and absolute ethyl alcohol as initiator and,petroleum ether as extracting agent with orthogonal method as the experimental technique.The effects of ratio of raw materials,solvent amount,initiator amount and reaction time were studied.The optimal polymerization conditions were as follows: initiator AIBN 10%,absolute ethyl alcohol solvent 25%,reaction temperature 65°C reaction time 5.5 h and n(C_9 fraction)∶n(acrylic acid) 1∶2.The conversion rate of C_9-AA copolymer was 96.74%.The product was identified by means of IR.
