基于遗传算法的永磁无刷直流电动机优化设计

摘    要:利用遗传算法对一台4相7对极外转子永磁无刷直流电动机的永磁体尺寸、气隙高度、电枢长径比、极弧系数以及槽口宽度进行了优化设计,并用有限元电磁场分析软件Maxwell 2D分析了优化前后电机磁力线、气隙磁密、电机转矩和转速随时间变化过程.仿真结果表明,优化的电机转矩脉动明显削弱,证明了遗传算法与有限元数值计算相结合对无刷直流电动机优化设计有较好的效果.
