| 摘 要： | 钢管喷淋淬火是目前一种新型的淬火技术，它是在钢管旋转的同时对其内外表面喷水冷却，以得到均匀的马氏体组织。该技术具有生产效率高，产品质量稳定，容易实现自动化的特点。介绍了钢管喷淋淬火生产线的工艺流程及设备结构和技术特点。

| Abstract: | Steel pipe spray quenching is a new quenching technique at present.The internal and external surface of steel pipe should be carried out the spray water cooling when it is rotating in order to get the uniform martensitic structure.The technique has features of high production efficiency,steady product quality,and easily realized automation.The technical procedure,equipment structure and technology characteristic of steel pipe spray quenching production line are introduced in this paper. |
