玻璃纤维丝束拉伸性能试验研究

摘    要:玻璃纤维增强塑料的拉伸性能取决于其组分的性能,其中更大程度上取决于玻璃纤维的性能。为便于玻璃纤维增强塑料性能估算的实际应用,在相关国家测试标准的基础上,我们对玻璃纤维丝束的拉伸性能做了些对比试验研究。我们选用了3种方法对单丝直径为16μm的4种不同粗细的E玻纤丝束进行拉伸试验,从中找出合适的方法和试验参数,得到的拉伸强度和模量可以较准确的应用于对应增强塑料的性能估算。

Abstract:Tensile properties of GFRP is decided by the components,especially the properties of glass fiber. For better estimation of GFRP properties,the authors made some experimental studies about tensile properties of glass fiber tow according to corresponding Chinese national test standards. Four types of E-glass fiber tow with different number of yarns made from 16μm diameter filament are tested under three methods to find appropriate method and test parameters which would produce reasonable tensile strength and modulus for properties estimation of corresponding FRP.
