基于DSP控制的高频链逆变电源的设计

摘    要:分析了一种半桥双向电流源高频链逆变主电路的拓扑结构和工作原理,详细介绍了基于DSP的控制系统设计。控制系统采用瞬时电压单闭环控制策略,以提高高频链逆变电源的动静态特性。该逆变电源只需一级功率变换即可实现直流到交流的转换,其继承了全桥高频链逆变器的优点的同时,使用的功率管更少,同时降低了驱动电路的成本。实验结果表明:此逆变器电路输出外特性平直,变换效率高,体积小,成本低,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Introduced topology and principle of the half-bridge bi-directional current mode high-frequency link(HFL) inverter,designed its control system based on DSP in detail.The single close-loop control method of HFL inverter based on voltage feedback was designed for better performance.The HFL inverter can realize DC to AC conversion in only one stage.The half-bridge bi-directional current mode HFL inverter succeeded to the advantages of full-bridge HFL inverter,but used fewer power switches,which reduced the costs of switches driver circuit.Experimental results show that the inverter has the advantages of flat volt-ampere characteristic,high efficiency,small size,light weight and low cost.
