| 摘 要： | 在介绍煤气化技术的发展趋势和我国能源结构的基础上,分析了国内现有几种煤气化技术的应用现状,阐述了shell煤气化技术的特点,将该工艺与德士古水煤浆气化、鲁奇加压煤气化、间歇煤气化技术在工艺性能和工艺配置方面进行了对比。通过shell煤气化技术在湖北双环化工集团的设计实践和应用效果,论述了该技术在中国的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Based on introducing developmental tendency of coal gasification technology and energy source structure, the present application situation was analyzed for some kinds of coal gasification' technology present in China, the features of Shell coal gasification technology were described, comparison of this process was made with processes of Texaco water coal slurry gasification, Lurgi pressurized coal gasification and intermittent coal gasification in respects of process properties and process configuration. Through the design practice and application effect in Hubei Shuang Huan Chemical Group, application prospect of this technology in China was discussed. |
