摘    要:针对目前国内多数冷库管理系统的自动化控制程度低、管理低效落后的状况,文章介绍了一种基于CAN总线技术的冷库控制系统的设计,给出了控制系统的整体结构和系统工作原理,同时对单个控制节点单元硬件组成以及软件实现作了详细说明,并且设计了一种CAN总线通讯协议;系统通过数据库控制室实现对冷库所有仓库的集中管理,控制各个仓库单元的信息采集、数据传输和各种参数的调节,大大提高了管理效率,节省了人力资本;系统结构简单、可靠性高、应用灵活、且易扩展。

Abstract:In allusion to the current status in china that lots of control systems of freezer are in poor automatical control degree and management efficiency,a kind of design of control system of freezer on CAN BUS technology is introduced.The article presents the overall configuration and work principle of this control system,and to single control node,its hardware constitution and software implement are explained in detail.Communication protocol of CAN is given.The system realizes centralized management to all storages of a freezer,controlling each storage unit's information collection,data transfers and diversified parameter's adjusting,greatly improving managing efficiency,furthermore,manpower capital is economized.The system is simple,highly reliable and agile for application,it is easy to expand.
