乳化原油选择性堵水室内研究

摘    要:通过对乳化稠油堵水技术的分析,针对胜坨油田的油藏温度较高、原油粘度较低的实际情况,研究出适合胜坨油田原油的高效乳化剂SCA和稳定剂SCB,得出了温度、矿化度对堵剂效果的影响,确定了堵剂配方为:96%原油、3%活性剂SCA、1%稳定剂SCB,并进行了物理模拟实验。实验证明,该堵剂具有良好的选择性和封堵性能,堵水率达98%以上,堵油率小于5%,在胜坨油田有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A high effective emulsifier SCA and stabilizer SCA su itable for Shengtuo Oilfield with high temperature oil reserviors and low visco s ity of crude oil were developed by analysis of water-plugging technology in em ul sification of viscous crude oil. The effects of temperature,salinity on water -pl ugging were examined and water-plugging agent consisted of 96% crude oil , 3% emulsifier SCA,1% stabilizer SCB. It was tested by physical simulation. Th e res ult showed that this water-plugging agent had good selectivity and water p luggin g performance with water and oil plugging rates of >98% and <5% respect ively. Therefore, it has wide prospects in future application.
