高温醋酸塔器选材分析讨论

摘    要:对高温含杂醋酸环境中高铬镍铝含铜不锈钢及钛的腐蚀行为进行了讨论,认为既要考虑氧的影响,也不能忽视杂质的影响,更要重视冲刷等作用.对塔器选材和对不锈钢及钛的抗醋酸腐蚀性进行评价时,不能仅用实验室与短期挂片数据,而要根据现场实际应用效果作出科学结论.

Abstract:It was concluded from the discussion on the corrosion behavior of Cu-containing CrNiMo stainless steel and titanium in high-temperature acetic acid environment that, in the material selection, the impact of oxygen should be considered , the affect of the impurities could not be neglected and the effect of erosion should be stressed. The assessment of material selection for the tower and corrosion-resistance performance of the stainless steel and Titanium could not be based solely upon the laboratory and short-term coupon tests. The scientific conclusion could only be drawn from the commercial application.
