The erasion and writing of off-chip flash memories using memory imaging |

| Abstract: | When we design embedded systems, the erasion and writing of off-chip flash memoriesare always necessary but difficult to realize. By using the technique of memory imaging, we devel-oped a novel method to solve the problem and successfully implemented the on-line erasion andwriting of off-chip flash memories on motorola DSP56800 board. The method presented in this articleis valuable for the practice. |
