摘    要:针对暂态电能扰动持续时间短、变化速率快的特点,给出一种基于小波变换的暂态电能扰动检测方法。该方法使用db4小波对暂态电能信号进行采样、多尺度分解进而判断信号突变点,能精确地对配电网中常见的暂态电能扰动问题检测与定位,并与其它阶数db小波变换结果进行了比较。仿真结果表明,该方法能够快速、准确地对暂态电能扰动信号检测与定位,精度较高,满足实际工程需求。

Abstract:According to the short duration and fast change rate of transient power disturbance, a transient power disturbance detection method based on wavelet transform is proposed. Using db4 wavelet, the method realizes transient power signal sampling and multi-scale decomposition, and then judges the signal break points. It can accurately detect and locate the common transient power distanbance problems in distribution network and is also compared with other-order db wavelet transform result. The simulation results show that this method can identify and locate transient power disturbance signals quickly and accurately, it has high precision and can meet the actual engineering requirements.
