聚酯工艺塔节能降耗技术探讨

摘    要:概述了在聚酯工艺塔装置中增加板式换热器,利用塔顶蒸汽制取热水,再将热水进行综合利用。系统运行后,热水型制冷机每月可节约用电121.88万度;浆料配制过程每天可节约1.64×107k J能耗;长丝空调每天可节能7.4 t标煤的发热量。

Abstract:The plate heat exchangers were added in the polyester process column, then the hot water which was produced by the process column top steam as the heat source could be comprehensive utilized. During the process of equipment operation, 1.218 8 million kWh electricity per month was saved after hot water fired LiBr chiller was used, 1.64×107 kJ energy consumption could be saved every day in the slurry preparation process, 7.4 tons heat (standard coal) which caused by filament air conditioning could be saved every day.
