CAN总线与以太网双冗余异型网桥的研究

摘    要:为了适应全船网络技术的要求,满足现场总线与以太网以及不同类型总线间的通信要求,提高通信的可靠性,研究开发了具有双冗余功能的CAN总线与以太网用的异型网桥。CPU采用与8051兼容的单片机ADμC812,结合SJA1000CAN总线控制器、RTL8019以太网控制器等芯片。试验证明该装置具有冗余的功能,可以很好地完成总线间的通讯,以及总线信号向以太网的传输。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of whole ship network technology and satisfy the communication demand between fieldbus and Ethernet as well as other type bus, double-redundant hyterotypic network bridge specific for CAN fieldbus and Ethernet is developed, which can improve the reliability of communication. ADμC812 PLC compatible with 8051 is taken as CPU, which is cooperated with SJA1000 CAN fieldbus controller and RTL8019 Ethernet controller. Test results show that this device, featuring with redundant capability, can realize the communication among nodes in the fieldbus and transmit fieldbus signal to Ethernet.
