超声珩磨材料去除的数学建模

摘    要:基于冲击断裂力学理论及数学物理方法,在超声珩磨试验研究的基础上,建立了超硬等难加工材料在超声和普通珩磨加工条件下材料去除的数学模型,分析了超声珩磨高效切除材料的机理,阐明了超声和普通珩磨的材料去除与材料特性、切削参数以及珩磨油石参数之间的关系.理论研究得出:超声珩磨的材料去除率比普通珩磨高,该结论与试验研究结果基本相符.研究从理论上证明了该加工方法对难加工材料来说是一种高效的精密加工方法.

Abstract:A mathematics model of removing material of ultrahardness and difficult materials to machine is set up based on experiment and theory of the rushing fracture mechanics as well as method of mathematics physics under ultrasonic and convention honing.The mechanism of material removing of ultrasnic high efficience honing is analysed.Relationship between material removal and feature of material as well as parameters of culling and honing stone is clarified.The theoretical studies give that the material removing rate of ultrasonic honing can be improved Δ than convention honing.The conclusion is almost coincidence with the result of the experiment research .It has proved that ultrasonic honing is a machining method of high efficience and precision to machine difficult materials to machine.
