摘    要:针对加热炉燃烧过程的非线-陛系统的不确定性、多干扰、大滞后等特点,提出了基于模糊参数自校正PID算法实现轧钢加热炉燃烧过程的温度控制策略,该方法采用模糊参数自校正比例、积分、微分(PID)控制,结果表明这种控制策略比传统PID控制器更具有较快的响应速度,抗干扰能力强,提高加热炉燃烧过程的效率和质量。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the characteristic of uncertainty, multi disturbance and large delay of Reheating Furnace, a fuzzy adaptive PID (FAPID) controller was proposed to realize adaptive temperature control of burning process in reheating furnace. Fuzzy parameter self-turning ratio, integral and differential control were adopted in the paper.The experience results showed that the proposed fuzzy adaptive PID controller had faster response speed and better anti-interference capability than the classical PID, and the efficiency and quality of Reheating Furnace were also improved.
